I have been working on a group of three paintings lately. The woman mentioned that her dog�s each had a favourite colour. I have never thought about this before. They have favourite foods,toys and people-so why not a colour too.I think they do now that I consider it-why else would that beloved toy be so special-it must be rooted out at the bottom of the toy box every day and given a little doggie love. This is a portrait of Dolly-she loved pink and also naps in the sun. She has unfortunately now gone over the rainbow but we have that moment captured in time-where she was totally enjoying herself.I do love to capture dogs doing what they love in a portrait.I thought I would share this one with you,thanks,Carla
