Moss Street Paint-In and other thoughts
It has been awhile since I have sent out a blog. A busy summer with the Moss Street Paint-In rounding that up. I decided to paint my newest girl-Norma Jean. She is a very sweet, very stubborn Olde English Bulldogge that I adopted las summer. Her start in life was difficult for her and she is afraid of many things. We are working together on those issues and I know when grown she will be an absolute doll.I took her to the Paint-In and she did very well-greeting all the people and dogs that we met there. She is such an unusual breed and color that she gets a lot of attention whereever we go. After a few hours she was tired and a bit grumbl so I sent her home for some quiet time. This is the portrait I painted of her while at this event-finally she has her first portrait after a whole year with me.Looking forward to a quiet August-no events on the calendar,Carla
